Registration

Combined Conference & Pre-Conference Combo Registration – $150

  • (includes Tues. afternoon seminar, break and handouts; Wed./Thurs. buffet breakfast; Wed./Thurs. breaks; Wed. lunch; Wed. evening reception; admission to all general and concurrent sessions)
  • $25 Late Fee (if after March 15, 2019)

Conference Only Registration – $135

  • (includes Wed/Thurs. buffet breakfast; Wed/Thurs. breaks; Wed. lunch; Wed. evening reception; admission to all general and concurrent sessions)
  • $25 Late Fee (if after March 15, 2019)

Guest Registration – $50

  • (Guest Registration is for guests of registered conference attendees only. The fee includes Wed/Thurs. buffet breakfast, and the Wed evening reception.  It does not include breaks, lunch on Wednesday, or admission to any concurrent sessions.)

Tour Registration – $60 per person

  • Optional Educational Tour of Louisville  (The tour is optional, however registration is REQUIRED for every person who wishes to participate. The fee includes tour transportation, fees for all tour stops, and lunch.)

If necessary, registration may be completed by U.S. mail or scanned and emailed – but please note that an additional $10 processing fee will apply.  You can access the form here, and then either mail or email the completed form following the instructions provided.

Check-in will be available for registered conference participants on Tuesday, April 2, from 10:00 a.m. – Noon, and again from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.  Check-in will continue on Wednesday morning, April 3, beginning at 7:15 a.m.

Travel Assistance

A limited amount of travel assistance is available through the regional Extension Risk Management Education Centers.  Please note that recipients of ERME travel assistance are required to stay at the conference hotel and to attend the entire conference (attendance at the Pre-Conference Seminar is optional).  We strongly encourage early career agricultural educators to consider attending this professional development conference.  Please contact your regional Center for availability and additional information:

Conference Refund and Cancellation Policy

Requests for refunds will be honored if received seven full working days prior to the conference.  However, substitutions will be accepted at any time.  All cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee.  The hosting organization reserves the right to cancel or postpone any program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.   If the conference is cancelled or postponed, the hosting organization will refund registration fees, but cannot be held responsible for any other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
