Guest – $125

Guest registration is for guests of registered conference attendees only. The fee includes breakfast on Tuesday, March 28 and Wednesday, March 29 and the poster session and reception on Tuesday, March 28. (It does not include breaks, lunch on Tuesday or admission to any concurrent sessions.

Registration will close on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 and there will be no same-day registrations.

Travel Assistance

A limited amount of travel assistance is available through the regional Extension Risk Management Education Centers. Please note that recipients of ERME travel assistance are required to stay at the conference hotel and to attend the entire conference (attendance at the Pre-Conference Seminar is optional). We strongly encourage early-career agricultural educators to consider attending this professional development conference. Conference Refund and Cancellation Policy

Requests for refunds will be honored if received seven full working days prior to the conference. However, substitutions will be accepted at any time. All cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee. The hosting organization reserves the right to cancel or postpone any program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If the conference is cancelled or postponed, the hosting organization will refund registration fees, but cannot be held responsible for any other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
