Call for Proposals

Proposals are being solicited for the 2026 ERME National Conference that highlight successful and innovative risk management education programming and its impacts. Abstract submission is encouraged from any public or private entity involved in risk management education for agricultural producers, regardless of whether the project was funded through a regional ERME Center.

Proposals are invited for:

Poster Presentations – Display your work during an evening networking reception on April 15.

Concurrent Sessions (30 minutes) – Highlight innovative educational programming, lessons learned, and producer impacts. Allow 5–10 minutes for Q&A.

Focus Areas

Proposals should emphasize education, outcomes, and risk management results that producers achieved through participation in their educational projects. Presentations should target educators working with agricultural producers. Abstracts that include research as a major component will not be considered.

Topics may include programs addressing any of the five risk areas (financial, production, marketing, legal and human) or projects serving producers underutilizing federal crop insurance programs.
